TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SCOTCH-BRITE BROOM DHANTERAS OFFER

  • The ‘Scotch-Brite Broom Dhanteras Offer’ (“Offer”) is sponsored by 3M India Ltd. (“Brand”) and is hosted by Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited (“bigbasket”) on its mobile application named ‘bigbasket’ (“Platform”) on behalf of the Brand. By participating in this Offer, an Eligible Customer (defined below) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out herein.
  • The Offer shall be valid on 18th October 2025, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. only (Indian Standard Time) (“Offer Period”).
  • Eligibility- To be eligible for the Offer, a customer of bigbasket must be a resident and citizen of India and above the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“Eligible Customer”). To participate in the Offer the Eligible Customer (herein a “Participant”) must:
    1. Purchase a Scotch-Brite No Dust Free Broom or such other notified product listed on the Platform during the Offer Period (“Product”); and
    2. Participate in the Dhanteras Clean Sweep Quiz and answer simple questions correctly (“Game”).
  • This Offer is limited to maximum of 10 quantities of the Product purchased by one Participant using only one bigbasket account during the Offer Period and is not valid for residents of Tamil Nadu or the employees of bigbasket. If any Participant is found to have multiple bigbasket accounts, all purchases made from all the bigbasket accounts shall be considered a single entry under this Offer.
  • Winner and Reward- Every hour 1 winner shall be randomly selected during the Offer Period i.e. total 12 winners – one winner each hour for the total 12 hours Offer Period, who shall be eligible to receive the Reward (defined herein) (“Winner”). Each Winner shall be granted a 55” 4k Ultra FHD Smart TV as reward (“Reward”).
  • Each Participant/Winner agrees that bigbasket is merely a host for the Offer and shall not be responsible/liable in any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any manner arising from the Offer, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Brand. It is clarified that the Reward shall be provided to a Winner on an ‘as available’ basis only, without guarantee or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. bigbasket and the Brand make no warranty in relation to the Reward’s fitness for a particular purpose, its quality, merchantability, operability, functionality or non- infringement. In no event shall bigbasket or the Brand be liable for any damages arising out of the use of Reward.
  • bigbasket reserves the right to withdraw, extend, modify, or cancel the Offer, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without assigning any reason and shall be under no obligation to entertain or correspond for any clarification/query related to this Offer.
  • The images shown in the Offer creatives are for representation purposes only and the actual Reward(s) may vary in specifications, model, colour & features.
  • Any claims arising from this Offer shall be governed by laws of India and courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such claims.
