Steps to redeem Gift Card:

Visit www.bigbasket.com/member/gift_cards/ on your desktop (or) Go to My Account -> My Profile -> My Gift Cards in your app
Enter Gift Card number and Gift Card pin and click 'Redeem'.
Gift Card amount gets credited to bigbasket wallet
Add products to the basket and complete the payment by choosing bigbasket wallet as the payment option.

Terms and Conditions:

Gift Card can be used on bigbasket website, App and M-site.
Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit
If the customer misplaces the gift card, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired
The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under a ny circumstances
Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe Image (For Best Results)

The image must be of the cooked dish at a 45 degree angle.
The image must not contain gratuitous or confusing additional objects
The image must be in focus, well lit and photographed with realistic colour.
It has to be a high resolution image with at least 150dpi (High Quality Image).
The full dish must be in frame.
Backgrounds must be pure white (RGB 255,255,255) (Optional)
The image must not contain additional text, graphics, or inset images.

Chef Image (For Best Results)

The image must be of the Chef alone.
The image must be in focus, well lit and photographed with realistic colour.
Backgrounds must be pure white (RGB 255,255,255) or any other solid colour.
The Chef's image should fill 85% or more of the image frame.
It has to be a high resolution image with at least 150dpi (High Quality Image).
Cropped or close-up images are not allowed.
Backgrounds and environments are not allowed.

Note: Good images increase the chances of your recipe being selected to be showcased on the bigbasket website homepage.

Recipe Contests run for a week (Thursdays to Wednesdays) if not mentioned otherwise. All recipes received and published on the bigbasket recipes channel shall be an exclusive property of bigbasket.com. The recipes will be published with the chef's image for a period of one month from the recipe publish date. bigbasket.com is not legally liable for duplication or infringement of copyrights by a user for any user-generated recipe and cannot be held responsible in any circumstance.
