BigBasket Delivery Options

 

Bigbasket provides you the freedom to choose your delivery time. You can choose your delivery preference according to your convenience.

  • Standard Delivery

  • Express Delivery


Standard Delivery

 

This is the BigBasket slot based delivery. Choose a suitable time-slot and your order will be delivered in this slot in our signature vans. The slots are available for one week in advance and any open slot can be booked.

 

POINTS TO NOTE :

1. Delivery Charges : Avail Free Delivery for order value above Rs. 1000. For orders with lower value, a delivery charge of Rs. 20 per delivery is applied

2. All BigBasket guarantees apply on this delivery.

3. BigBasket Vouchers are delivery specific, some vouchers may not apply on items in this delivery


 

Standard Delivery - with Seller Stocked Products

 

Some of the products are not stocked in our warehouses but are available with our sellers. They are procured specially for you after you place the order. As this procurement takes some time, you may see delayed slots or two different time-slot options in your checkout based on the items in your basket. Go ahead and select the times that best suit you from our day-long delivery timings. And don't worry about the delivery charges, there is no extra charge if you choose two deliveries. However, the WYSIWYG guarantee does not apply on these items.

 


Express Delivery

 

This is our newest offering to deliver items in shortest possible time. Currently this option is available in only select areas.


For this delivery, there are no slot selections. We will communicate an expected time of delivery at the time of order placement. This is usually between 60 and 90 minutes.

 

POINTS TO NOTE: 

1. Delivery Charges : Do not depend on the type of delivery you choose. Avail Free Delivery for total order value above Rs. 1000. For orders with lower value, a delivery charge of Rs. 20 per delivery is applied

2. BigBasket WYSIWYG Guarantee is not applicable on the Express Delivery

3. Voucher are delivery specific, some vouchers may not apply on items in this delivery
