Preparation
Step 1 :
Mix Maida, sugar, salt, yeast and butter in a big bowl.
Step 2 :
Add lukewarm milk in it and knead it.
Step 3 :
Knead it for 5 minutes to get a soft dough.
Step 4 :
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Step 5 :
Roll it and place in a place like a ring.
Step 6 :
Leave a space in each ring because it will rise up to 1.5 time its original size.
Step 7 :
Brush all the rings with little milk.
Step 8 :
Cover them with a cotton cloth and leave them for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 9 :
In winters, it can take up to 4 hours to ferment.
Step 10 :
After fermentation, add oil in a heavy bottom deep pan.
Step 11 :
Deep fry the rings, till they turn golden brown on low to medium flame.
Step 12 :
Let it be cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 13 :
Slice the rings by center horizontally.
Step 14 :
Fill the nutella and grated chocolate in it.
Step 15 :
Glaze all the rings with nutella with the help of spatula.
Step 16 :
Sprinkle the sugar sparkles on it.
