A refreshing, aromatic, and digestive Indian drink made by blending fresh betel leaves (paan) with milk, rose petal jam (gulkand), and sweeteners. It is popular as a summer cooler and an after-meal mouth freshener.

Gulkand Paan Shake

Step 1 : Prepare the Base:

In a blender, add the chopped betel leaves, gulkand, fennel seeds, and cardamom

Step 2 : Blend:

Add a small amount of milk and blend into a smooth, thick paste.

Step 3 : Make it a Shake:

Add the remaining chilled milk and vanilla ice cream (if using) to the blender and blend again until frothy.

Step 4 : Strain (Optional):

For a finer texture, you can strain the mixture, though it is not strictly necessary.

Step 5 : Serve:

Pour into glasses or shot glasses, garnish with rose petals and nuts, and serve immediately.
