It is an Indo-Chinese starter dish. Baby corn stir fried with all the Chinese sauces.

Step 1 :
Cut baby corn into 2 to 3 inch long pieces.
Step 2 :
In a mixing bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
Step 3 :
Add 2 to 4 tablespoons water and make batter. The batter should be thick and easily pouring.
Step 4 :
Add baby corn pieces, sesame seeds and mix it well.
Step 5 :
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
Step 6 :
Fry these baby corn pieces in medium to high flame.
Step 7 :
They should become crisp but do not change the colour. Keep them aside.
Step 8 :
Peel the skin of ginger cloves and chop them into small pieces.
Step 9 :
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in another pan or in the same pan, add ginger pieces.
Step 10 :
Fry them till they turn light golden colour, add chilli flakes and salt.
Step 11 :
Fry them also, then goes soya sauce, tomato sauce and then add vinegar.
Step 12 :
To neutralize vinegar reaction, add sugar.
Step 13 :
Add fried baby corn and mix it well. Check salt and add if neccesary. Serve baby corn sesame stir fry immediately.
