Cooking Steps

Hazelnut Phyllo Choco Cookies

Step 1 :

Scoop Nutella into 10–12 small dollops using a spoon.

Step 2 :

Place on parchment paper and freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.

Step 3 :

In a mixing bowl, add softened salted butter and caster sugar. Cream them together for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Step 4 :

Gradually add maida, followed by cold milk and prepare into a soft dough.

Step 5 :

Divide the dough into equal parts, and insert frozen Nutella dallops inside it.

Step 6 :

Pre-heat the oven to 170 degree C.

Step 7 :

Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Keep enough space between each cookie.

Step 8 :

Bake at 180 Degree C, for 8 minutes.

Step 9 :

Once baked, let it cool, and enjoy the most indulgent and gooey cookies.
