Okonomiyaki is a hearty griddled dish that becomes even more comforting with sweet potato folded into its soft, flavour-packed batter.

Cooking Steps
For Okonomiyaki:
Step 1 :
Keep the boiled sweet potatoes in a bowl and mash it.
Step 2 :
Now add chopped onions and chopped spring onions to the mashed potato and mix well.
Step 3 :
Now add the grated ginger, chopped garlic and shredded cabbage to the mixture and mix well.
Step 4 :
Now add an egg to the mixture and mix well.
Step 5 :
Now add the flour, 1 tsp coconut oil, salt, water as required and mix everything well to get a pancake batter like consistency.
Step 6 :
Now heat coconut oil in a pan.
Step 7 :
Once heated add a ladle of the batter to the pan.
Step 8 :
Flip and cook both sides on medium flame till it turns light brown in colour.
For the sauce:
Step 1 :
Add the tomato sauce , worcester sauce and soya sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Presentation:
Step 1 :
Plate the Okonomiyaki with chopped spring onions and serve with the prepared sauce.
