Rajbhog is a classic Bengali dessert—essentially a rich, dry-fruit-stuffed rasgulla soaked in fragrant saffron syrup.

Step 1 :
Bring to boil the milk first. When it will start to boil switch off the flame & add vinegar to make it curdle.
Step 2 :
Wash the paneer under cold water to avoid the sour taste of vinegar. Tie it with a muslin cloth & hang it for an hour to make it dry.
Step 3 :
Now add suji in paneer & mash it well. Add turmeric powder & mix it well.
Step 4 :
In a bowl take chopped cashew, almond ,milk powder. Add milk & make dough.
Step 5 :
Take small portion from paneer, flatten it & put 1tbspn mixture in it & wrap it well. Make balls.
Step 6 :
In a kadhai take sugar with 5cup of water. Cover it & boil it.
Step 7 :
When it will start to boil, add saffron strings & paneer balls. Cover it & cook it in high for 10 mins.
Step 8 :
After 10 mins it will double in size. Open the lid & boil it another 10mins in medium flame without lid.
Step 9 :
Rajbhog is ready now.
Step 10 :
Switch off the flame & transfer the rajbhogs in another container.
Step 11 :
Make it cool & enjoy it chilled.
