Step 1 :
Divide the chicken into three portions, add curd, ginger, lime juice, garam masala powder and salt. Divide this mixture in three bowls.
Step 2 :
In the first bowl add red chilly paste.
Step 3 :
In the second bowl add grounded pepper.
Step 4 :
In the third bowl add mint chilli paste.
Step 5 :
Add chicken and mix it well and keep aside for 2 hours to marinate(for quick marination you can keep it in fridge).
Step 6 :
Put chicken on the skewers and cook on a moderately hot tandoor or a preheated oven on 200° C for 45 minutes until it is cooked( you need to turn the skewers half way).
Step 7 :
Serve this tikka on any occasion with sauce, chutney or salad.
