Step 1 :

In a large bowl, mix all the above ingredients thoroughly except cheese.

Step 2 :

Grease a baking glass container. Add all the mixture.

Step 3 :

dd the grated cheese to form a top layer.

Step 4 :

You can add some garlic minced, chilli flakes & chopped parsley/basil leaves as garnish.

Step 5 :

Bake for 12-15 min at 200 degree C.

Step 6 :

Tip: You can use other vegetables of your choice like cherry tomatoes, baby corn, sweet corn, broccoli etc.
