Steps

Step 1 :

Fry the Edible gum in the ghee, over high heat briefly then over a reduced heat, till it is cooked through remove with a slotted spoon, and grind in a blender, very fine.

Step 2 :

In the same ghee, fry the almonds till light brown, remove and fry cashew nuts, and then the walnuts, watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dry dates one by another. Then fry dry ginger powder in the remaining ghee.

Step 3 :

Roast the oats in rest of ghee till a light brown followed by semolina fry in same remaining ghee. Remove from heat, then grind roasted bengal gram, fried oats, semolina, all the fried dry fruits and green cardamom.

Step 4 :

Then mix all the fried and grinded ingredients to cool. When cool, mix in the Desi ghee, grinded sugar and raisins then make different shapes and store in a dry container.
