Step 1 :

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add capsicum saute for 2 minutes. Add Maggi noodles, add water and let the mixture boil. Add the taste maker.

Step 2 :

Add ginger chilli paste, chat masala, 1 and 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, cabbage and onions. Add salt as per taste and mix well.

Step 3 : To make the rolls

Here we can use readymade spring roll sheet which is easily available in the market. Take one spring roll sheet spread the noodles mixture over the sheets.

Step 4 :

Make tight rolls covering up the noodle mixture completely. Fix the edges of the rolls with maida flour paste and deep fry the rolls. Cut the rolls in pieces once they cool down a bit.

Step 5 : For Serving

Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
