Mango Vermicelli Dessert
Step 1 :
First, heat the ghee in a pan or kadhai and roast the vermicelli in it for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Step 2 :
Now, remove the vermicelli and, using the same ghee, roast the almonds, cashews, and raisins for 1 minute.
Step 3 :
Next, remove the dry fruits and pour the milk into the same pan; bring it to a boil.
Step 4 :
Once the milk has come to a rolling boil, add the vermicelli, dry fruits, cardamom powder, saffron, and sugar.
Step 5 :
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow it to cool down completely. If desired, you may place it in the refrigerator for a while to chill further.
Step 6 :
Now, give it a good stir with a spoon, mix in the small diced mango pieces, and place it back in the refrigerator to chill for a little while longer.
Step 7 :
Remove from the refrigerator, transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with almonds, pistachios, saffron, and finely chopped mango before serving.
