Steps

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic, green chilies and onion till onion turns light brown. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and stir well on high heat for 3 min

Step 2 :

Then add lemon juice, amchur, garam masala powder, cumin powder, black pepper, black salt and salt. Cook for a min, set aside and let it cool

Step 3 :

In a large mixing bowl combine mashed potato, cooked veggies, cheese, cashew nut powder and chana dal powder and mix well

Step 4 :

Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly

Step 5 :

Refrigerate for 30 min. Take a spoonful of mixture on your palms and shape them into seekh and insert a wooden skewer through it

Step 6 :

Shallow fry the kabobs on medium low heat on a non stick pan till golden on all sides. Serve hot with green chutney
