Steps

Step 1 :

Firstly, make a fine flour of oats with the help of the grinder. Now in a pan heat oil on medium heat. Add mustard seed, Chana dal and urad dal stir when mustard starts crackling.

Step 2 :

Green chilli and chopped ginger, hing, add turmeric, red chilli powder and stir. Add Sooji saute for 2 minutes. Now add oat flour, mix well and roast for 5 minutes cool it.

Step 3 :

In a mixing bowl, add chopped vegetables, coriander leaves, oats mixture, salt, curd, water, mix well and keep aside for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now add baking soda or Eno fruit salt and mix well, pour batter into greased idli moulds.

Step 5 : For Serving

Serve hot with coconut chutneys or Avial or sambhar.
