Kaddu Ki Barfi is a delicious dessert specially prepared for navratri. It is made with pumpkin, khoya and rich dry fruits.

Cooking Steps for Kaddu Ki Barfi

Step 1 :

Wash Kaddu/Pumpkin grate it. Put it in a kadhai after 5 minutes add 2 teaspoon of ghee on slow gas and mix it thoroughly because it will leave water.

Step 2 :

Mix it well when water starts drying add 2 teaspoon of Ghee more and sugar mix it well till all water dry up.

Step 3 :

Add Mawa/Khoa. Take it hand and if you feel sticky and fully dried. Take a Thali grease it with ghee add the mixture let it cool.

Step 4 :

Add cutter dryfruits all over. After 1 hour you can give shape for Barfi.
