Classic Thai green curry can be made with or without fish.

Cooking Steps for Thai Green Curry

Step 1 :

Saute onion, garlic, ginger and galangal in oil.

Step 2 :

Mix in the green curry paste with Maggi Coconut Milk Powder and water, bring to boil and simmer.

Step 3 :

Add Kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, green chilli and the eggplant, together with the fish, Cook till the fish is tender.

Step 4 :

Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serving Suggestions

Step 1 :

chicken, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetable green curry can be prepared by replacing the fish and following the same preparations. A red or yellow curry can also be prepared by replacing the green curry paste with red or yellow curry paste. Serve with steamed rice.
