Method

Step 1 : For Noodles

Mix hoisin sauce with the noodles.

Step 2 : For vegetables

Saute onions, ginger, celery and garlic on a high flame.

Step 3 :

Add carrots, baby corn, mushrooms and salt while sauting.

Step 4 :

Pour in sauce and bean sprouts and boil the veggie mixture

Step 5 : Cooking Method

Take a frying pan, heat sesame oil and add noodles. Cook till they turn golden brown & lightly crisp.

Step 6 :

Cook on a low flame and put the cooked noodles on a plate.

Step 7 :

Top it with tasty vegetables and serve.
