Tamarind Ginger Cooler

Step 1 :

Soak tamarind in warm water for 10 minutes. Squeeze and strain to extract the liquid. Discard pulp.

Stir in ginger juice, jaggery, and black salt until jaggery dissolves completely.

Step 3 :

Add cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust.

Step 4 :
