Fire-roasted raw mango blended with spices and mint gives this smoky aam panna a bold, tangy flavour that cools and refreshes on the hottest days.

Cooking Steps

Smoky Aam Panna

Step 1 :

Roast raw mangoes directly over a medium gas flame, turning occasionally, until the skin is fully charred and the mango feels soft — about 15–20 minutes.

Step 2 :

Cool completely. Peel off charred skin and scoop out the pulp, discarding the seed.

Step 3 :

Blend pulp with sugar, both salts, cumin, and mint until smooth.

Step 4 :

To serve, stir 2–3 tablespoons of concentrate into a glass of cold water. Serve over ice.
