Juicy pineapple blended with ginger, mint, and sabja seeds creates a bright, naturally sweet cooler that refreshes and hydrates instantly.

Pineapple Ginger Mint Cooler

Step 1 :

Soak sabja seeds in water for 10 minutes until they bloom and turn gel-like.

Step 2 :

Blend pineapple, ginger, mint, black salt, and cold water until smooth.

Step 3 :

Strain through a fine mesh, pressing the pulp to extract all the juice.

Step 4 :

Stir in the bloomed sabja seeds. Taste and adjust salt. Add a little water if too thick.

Step 5 :

Serve over ice with a mint sprig. Pro Tip: Ripe pineapple needs no added sugar. If slightly tart, a small squeeze of lime balances it better than sugar. Don't blend the sabja seeds — add them after straining so they stay whole and gel-like.
