Cooking Steps

Finger Millet Laddu

Step 1 :

Dry roast the finger millet flour on a low flame until a roasted aroma appears. Keep aside and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 2 :

Roast the chopped dry fruits and coconut gratings in ghee until lightly golden.

Step 3 :

Heat the milk slightly.

Step 4 :

Add the roasted finger millet flour, roasted dry fruits, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and warm milk together. Mix well to form a soft mixture.

Step 5 :

While the mixture is warm, shape it into round, lemon-sized balls manually.

Step 6 :

Allow to set and serve.
