Cooking Steps

Sorghum Ambali

Step 1 :

Mix sorghum flour with lukewarm water carefully to avoid the formation of lumps.

Step 2 :

Add rice starch soup and salt to the mixture and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring well.

Step 3 :

Allow to cool and consume fresh, or ferment overnight in an earthen pot and consume the next day.
