Sorghum Dosa

Step 1 :

Step 2 :

Add salt, mix well, and allow the batter to ferment until slightly airy.

Step 3 :

Heat a dosa tawa, apply a teaspoon of oil, and pour a ladle of batter.

Step 4 :

Spread into a thin round and cook until the dosa turns crisp and golden.

Step 5 :

Serve hot with chutney.
