Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles

A light, protein-packed twist on classic spaghetti, this turkey zoodle dish comes together in just 15 minutes.

Cooking Steps

Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles

Step 1 :

Wash and cut zucchini into noodle shaped strands. Wash and dice the bell pepper, spinach leaves and mince the garlic pods.

Step 2 :

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey breast, green pepper, garlic, italian seasoning, ground black pepper, salt, chilli flakes and cook. Cook and stir until the turkey is lightly browned for about 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Stir marinara sauce and baby spinach into the turkey mixture, cook and stir for about 3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Stir zucchini noodles into the sauce and cook until the zucchini is tender. Serve hot.
