A fragrant, spicy-savoury noodle bowl loaded with shrimp, curry warmth, and Singaporean street-style flair.

Cooking Steps

Singaporean Noodle Curry Shrimp

Step 1 :

Wash and slice the ginger. Chop onions and spring onions. Mince the garlic.

Step 2 :

Combine chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3 :

Thaw the frozen shrimps. Clean and devein them and braise them in butter with minced garlic.

Step 4 :

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add curry powder, garlic, and ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds. Add peppers, onions and spring onions and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Stir in the chicken broth mixture and bring to a boil on high heat. Add shrimp and peas and cook for a few minutes. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
