Momos have always been a beloved street food, but here’s a version with a zesty surprise! These Green Mango Chicken Momos combine the juiciness of minced chicken with the sharp tang of raw mango, creating a filling that’s refreshing, spicy, and delightfully different.

Method:
Step 1 :
In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt.
Step 2 :
Gradually add water and knead into a smooth,dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3 :
In another bowl, combine minced chicken, grated green mango, onions, spring onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
Step 4 :
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
Step 5 :
Divide the dough into small balls.
Step 6 :
Roll each ball into a thin circle.
Step 7 :
Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each circle.
Step 8 :
Fold and seal the edges by pleating and pinching to form your desired momo shape.
Step 9 :
Now deep fry the momos.
Step 10 :
Serve hot with desired chutney.
