Vegan Jamun Pudding

This pudding is my family favourite, especially in summer. This is one such easiest vegan version without milk and just with very few ingredients.

Cooking Steps

Vegan Jamun Pudding

Step 1 :

Wash the jamun properly, deseed and mash and add sugar and stir till color start fading.

Step 2 :

Strain in a strainer and keep the jamun mash aside and mash a little more. Transfer the strained juice to the same pot again and once it becomes hot.

Step 3 :

Mix cornflour with water very well with no lumps. Add the jamun juice and sugar.

Step 4 :

Start stirring till it turns translucent. Add the jamun mash and mix very well. Add vanilla essence after switching off the flame.

Step 5 :

Pour into ramekins or serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set in. Garnish with fresh-black jamun and mint leaves and Serve.
