Step 1 :
Firstly, take agar agar and soak them in a cup of water for 10 minutes.
Step 2 :
Cut tender coconuts into a blending jar, blend well, add a little water filter in coconut milk and set aside.
Step 3 :
Heat a saucepan on medium flame, and add fresho! tender coconut water to boil.
Step 4 :
Then add soaked agar agar flakes after discarding water.
Step 5 :
Stir and dissolve the flakes. It will take 15-20 minutes to completely dissolve, then add sugar and stir continuously on medium heat.
Step 6 :
Pour a cup of milk to mix and boil. Next, add the coconut milk switch off the flame the milk is completely cool then add whipping cream and mix well.
Step 7 :
Keep stirring until the cream is completely dissolved.
Step 8 :
Now pour mixtures into dessert bowls. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
Step 9 :
After 4 hours flip the bowl upside down to the plate and release the pudding.
Step 10 :
The pudding is well set and perfectly holding the shape.
Step 11 :
It’s so delicious, will feel the freshness of tender coconut water malai pulpy in each bite.
