Thai Green Chicken Sticky Rice

Step 1 :

Marinate chicken pieces by adding lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and red chilli powder followed by proper mixing & refrigeration for 2 hours.

Step 2 :

To make Thai green chicken curry add melted butter to a pressure cooker on medium flame then add sliced onion, whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, black pepper & cumin seeds) and sauté well.

Step 3 :

Add ginger garlic paste then cover to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame now add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté for a minute followed by adding water.

Step 4 :

Add chopped tomatoes, cashews, turmeric powder & pre-soaked jasmine sticky rice, ready to cook Thai green curry paste then mix well & add garam masala, water & salt then cook in a pressure cooker till 3 whistles.

Step 5 :

Serve!
