Indulge in the fiery flavours of Tandoori Momos, a tantalizing fusion of marinated dumplings baked to perfection. These spiced delights, infused with aromatic tandoori marinade, promise a delightful twist to your palate's adventure.

Tandoori Momos

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 180°C.

Step 2 :

To make the tandoori marinade, mix together ½ cup thick yoghurt, 2 tbsps red chilli paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp each of red chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder & garam masala powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp each of lemon juice & mustard oil & mix till well combined.

Step 3 :

Marinate the momos with the tandoori marinade & place them on a greased tray.

Step 4 :

Cook in the preheated oven or air fryer for 10 -15 minutes.

Step 5 :

Serve hot with green chutney.
