Step 1 :

Heat 1 tbsp of fresho butter in a pan. Once warm, add cashews and fry them on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2 :

In the same pan, add a few curry leaves and fry them. Keep aside.

Step 3 :

Add chilli powder, turmeric, chat masala, salt, and fried curry leaves to the cashew bowl.

Step 4 :

Mix them well while the cashew is still hot. Ensure the spices are coated well and adjust the spices to your taste.

Step 5 :

Finally, serve the cashews and enjoy. The butter-roasted spicy cashews stay good for a month if stored in an airtight container.
