Gluten-free Oats Chocolate Cake

Step 1 :

Line the 5/6 inch pan with parchment paper and pre heat the oven at 180°C for 10 min.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add baking soda in curd mix and keep it aside for 5 min till it foams up.

Step 3 :

In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it well.

Step 4 :

In a big bowl, mix the oil and sugar and whisk it till the sugar gets partially dissolved. Add vanilla essence, milk, and coffee in the same bowl.

Step 5 :

Add the yoghurt mixture, dry ingredients, and choco chunks in the bowl.

Step 6 :

Pour the mixture in a round tin and put it in the oven at 180°C for 35 mins or till the toothpick comes out clean.
