Step 1 :
In a pan, add some oil and thinly sliced garlic. Fry until raw smell subsides.
Step 2 :
Now, add chopped coriander and cooked rice. Mix everything.
Step 3 :
Season with salt and add some lemon juice. Toss everything well and allow it to cool. This is your cilantro lime rice.
Step 4 :
Julienne vegetables like carrots, capsicum (colored if possible), slice onions, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese and boil corn.
Step 5 :
Drain water from canned beans. To this add Maggi hot and sweet sauce and the schezwan chutney.
Step 6 :
Now, take a tortilla wrap or a leftover pulka, warm it up gently in a pan. Remove from flame and assemble.
Step 7 :
First, add the canned beans and a layer of sauce. Now, add bit of cilantro lime rice and arrange all the vegetables.
Step 8 :
Lastly, top it with cheese and a layer of the hot and sweet maggi sauce and piri piri seasoning.
Step 9 :
Now tuck in this mixture and roll it. If you have a grill pan, you can grill it for 15 seconds or in a pan just to let the cheese melt. Serve hot.
