Ingredients
Step 1 :
In a large mixing bowl take atta, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 tsp garlic, curd, milk and knead all the ingredients into sticky dough.
Step 2 :
If needed then add some splash of water. Once the dough is ready, apply butter on the surface and let it rest for an hour
Step 3 :
In a small bowl, melt butter, garlic, chilli and all the spices and herbs.
Step 4 :
After an hour, divide the dough into two balls. With the help of a rolling pin, roll one of the balls into a thick chapati.
Step 5 :
Once the thick chapati is ready, brush the melted herb butter all over it. Spread grated mozzarella cheese over half of the section and some more herbs.
Step 6 :
Apply water with your fingers on the edges of the chapati to fold it into half and seal the contents.
Step 7 :
With a light hand pressure, cut the ready dough into vertical sections in breadstick style.
Step 8 :
Brush some melted herbs on the top just before baking it.
Step 9 :
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins. Finally, your healthy garlic bread is ready to relish!
