Step 1 :

In a blender, blend together 1/4 cup diced muskmelon, 1/4 cup diced dragon fruit, 1/2 cup curd and 2 tsp sugar powder, to a smooth consistency.

Step 2 :

Pour in a glass or bowl and garnish with 1/4 cup diced kiwi, 1.5 tsp pumpkin seeds and 1/2 tsp chia seeds.

Step 3 :

Serve chilled.
