Thai Fried Rice

Thai Fried Rice is a delicious rice dish, sauteed with vegetables and cooked with green curry paste.

Step 1 : To make the green curry paste

Add coriander leaves, lemon grass, onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper corn, ginger, garlic to a mixer jar.

Step 2 :

Add lemon juice and enough water to make a smooth paste.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then, add spring onion whites and saute it for few seconds on medium heat.

Step 4 :

Add green chilli, spring onion green, baby corn, capsicum and cook it on low flame.

Step 5 :

After 3 to 4 minutes, add the cooked rice and salt. Mix it well.

Step 6 :

Add the prepared green curry paste, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder and lemon juice.

Step 7 :

Mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes. The Thai fried rice is ready.
