This Thai Pineapple Veg Fried Rice is a no onion, no garlic recipe. It can also be cooked using leftover rice. Serve this rice hot with Thai red curry to complete your meal.

Step 1 :

In a large wok, add butter and heat it. Add green chilli, french beans, green peas and carrots. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Step 2 :

Now, add mixed chopped bell peppers and saute it for a few minutes.

Step 3 :

Add soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and garam masala and mix it well.

Step 4 :

Then, add cooked rice, pineapple cubes, tomatoes, coriander leaves and dry fruits.

Step 5 :

Mix well with the forks and switch off flame after a couple of minutes.

Step 6 :

Garnish the Thai Pineapple Vegetarian Fried Rice with coriander leaves and more dry fruits.

Step 7 :

Serve the Thai Pineapple Veg Fried Rice hot for your one pot dinner.
