Step 1 :

Clean all the fruits and soak them in the lukewarm water overnight.

Step 2 :

Add butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix it well using an electric mixer until it crumbles.

Step 3 :

Next, add the eggs and whisk it until smooth. Then, add the refined flour and fold it into the batter using the cut and fold method.

Step 4 :

Add the soaked fruits to the batter and gently mix it.

Step 5 :

Line a cake mould using a parchment paper and grease it well with the butter. Pour in the prepared cake batter and bake it at 150 C for 90 minutes.

Step 6 :

After baking the cake, let it sit for some time. Then, carefully demould the cake, scraping the sides using a serrated knife. Slice the cake and serve.
