Quick and delicious snack, goes well with chilli garlic sauce!

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

To make the dough, mix all-purpose flour with salt and oil in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 2 :

Drain the water from the tuna and crush it well. Combine tuna flakes with chopped spring onions, ginger, green chillies and garlic. Add the soy sauce and mix it well. Check the seasoning and add salt as per taste.

Step 3 :

Divide the dough into small portions. Shape them into equal-sized balls and roll the balls out into thin small discs.

Step 4 :

Add a teaspoon of the prepared tuna mixture in the centre of the disc.

Step 5 :

Apply some water to the perimeter of the discs, flip the sides and gently press the edges to seal the mixture in while making the small tight pleats

Step 6 :

Steam the prepared tuna momos in a steamer for about twenty minutes. Once cooked, turn off the flame and serve.
