Step 1 :
Open the canned tuna and remove the brine from the tuna fakes. Take out the tuna flakes in a bowl and add mayonnaise, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and half a tsp of salt and pepper.
Step 2 :
Heat the above mixture in a pan for a minute, not for too long, just to make it a bit warm. Then, remove it from the flame.
Step 3 :
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with chilli powder and half a tsp of salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
Step 4 :
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and pour the beaten egg mixture over it. Cook the omelette on medium flame until it is cooked evenly from both the sides.
Step 5 :
Toast the 4 slices of bread.
Step 6 :
Take a toasted bread slice and spread the prepared tuna mixture, followed by sliced tomato, and lettuce. Next, place half of the omelette over this and and cover the sandwich with another toasted bread slice.
Step 7 :
Repeat the above step to make one more sandwich. Serve.
