Step 1 :
In a bowl, add maida and oil.
Step 2 :
Rub oil into maida. Add water to make into soft stiff dough.
Step 3 :
Dry roast oats. Boil peas and corn in separate vessels with water.
Step 4 :
Preheat the air fryer at 200°C.
Step 5 :
In a bowl, add oats, boiled peas, boiled corn, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, carrots and coriander leaves.
Step 6 :
Mix in seasoning like, salt, paprika, oregano and lemon juice.
Step 7 :
Take out a portion from the prepared dough and roll it out as a ball.
Step 8 :
Roll it like a roti with a rolling pin and fill in oats mixture and also add Britannia cheese in one side of circular roti.
Step 9 :
Fold the other side and seal the edges with water and give it the shape of a crescent.
Step 10 :
Make others as well the same way.
Step 11 :
Brush oil on them and place it in the air fryer basket for about 10-12 minutes. Serve it hot!
