Step 1 :
Cut the two bread slices into round shapes with the help of a cookie cutter.
Step 2 :
Prepare the sandwich filling by mixing half of the cream cheese with honey and ground cinnamon. Also, add two or three dried cranberries into the filling.
Step 3 :
Spread the mixture generously on one side of each of the bread slices and make a sandwich.
Step 4 :
Place the sweet sandwich on the low grilling rack of your oven. Bake it at 160°C for 5 minutes.
Step 5 :
Meanwhile, mix the remaining cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and milk together to make the syrup.
Step 6 :
Remove the sandwich from the oven after it is done baking and place it on a plate.
Step 7 :
Garnish the sandwich with dried cranberries.
Step 8 :
Then, drizzle the cream cheese syrup all over the sandwich. Serve immediately.
