It is a unique and easy to make recipe with a healthy twist. It can be eaten while fasting as well and is also a very effective sweet for Diwali.

Step 1 :

In a kadai, add ghee after the ghee is hot, add desiccated coconut and stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Step 2 :

Then add milk and stir it continuously, after the milk is absorbed by the coconut, add honey and stir it.

Step 3 :

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, once the milk starts to leave the sides of the pan, transfer it to a greased tray and level it using a spatula.

Step 4 :

Add sliced nuts and a pinch of elaichi powder as garnish.
