Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Heat a pan and saute rava for 3 to 4 minutes. In another vessel, boil potatoes with a pinch of salt and water.

Step 2 :

Add one glass of water to boil the semolina.

Step 3 :

Add salt and make a soft mixture from it.

Step 4 :

Allow it to cool for few minutes, now add the boiled potatoes, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves in semolina mixture.

Step 5 :

Now, apply oil on your palms, take small portions of the mixture and roll it into long fingers.

Step 6 :

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with ketchup.
