Corn Fritters is usually enjoyed as a starter or as evening snacks especially during the monsoons with a cup of hot coffee or tea.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil corn pellets with water and a pinch of salt.

Step 2 :

Once done, take a blender add boiled corns, chopped chillies and blend it. Blend it coarsely.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, add the coarsely ground mixture and all the other ingredients to it.

Step 4 :

Mix it well to make a dough and not a batter.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a kadai. Take small portions of the dough and make small cutlets out of it.

Step 6 :

Deep fry the fritters in the kadai until golden brown.

Step 7 :

Take it out in a plate and drain the excess oil using a tissue paper. Serve it with tomato sauce.
