This is a unique yet flavourful recipe that will be loved by all. These fried modaks have a chocolate filling that makes it irresistible.

Step 1 :

Add maida, chiroti rava, ghee and required amount of water to knead into a stiff dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Step 2 :

Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler, add condensed milk and dry fruits to it and mix it.

Step 3 :

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 4 :

Make small balls out of the dough. Take a small ball and roll it into a disc. Roll out all the dough balls.

Step 5 :

Add 1 tbsp of the chocolate filling and fold it in the form of a modak.

Step 6 :

Heat a kadai with oil it in and fry it till it turns golden brown. Serve it fresh.
