For the dressing, combine pediasure vanilla powder, yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk till smooth.
Step 2 :
To assemble the salad, add cooked noodles, chopped tomatoes, lettuce and chopped boiled eggs to the dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
Step 3 :
If serving later, make the dressing and keep and toss the salad just before serving.
