This is a unique recipe of peeled raw banana chips, fried in oil and coated in thick sugar syrup till dry. It is an easy to make snack.

Step 1 :

Peel the banana skin.

Step 2 :

Now, cut thin slices with the peeler and fry it in hot oil.

Step 3 :

In another vessel, make thick syrup of sugar and water.

Step 4 :

Add cardamom powder and saffron strands to the syrup.

Step 5 :

Remove it from the heat and keep aside.

Step 6 :

Add fried banana slices to the syrup and stir till sugar coats the chips.

Step 7 :

Add chopped almonds and cashew nuts over it.

Step 8 :

Decorate it with a few fresh rose petals.
